How does it handle version management? 

When I generate the docs, I read the version from ext_emconf.php. If the version counts up during upload, like with the manual upload form, the docs are always one behind.

My plan is:

1.) Set the new version to ext_emconf.php as the official source of the version. 
2.) Generate all forms of documentation.
3.) Upload to TER without changing the version in ext_emconf.php again.
