Yeah. Seems HMENU's that render pages of page type 'external links' are 
affected.

These patches should fix it:
https://review.typo3.org/#/c/18753/  (6.0 & master)
https://review.typo3.org/#/c/18755/  (4.5, 4.6, 4.7)

You could help by testing these patches as much as possible. This would 
help us to release a bugfix version asap. It is for example critical to 
know if other extensions that fiddle with _GET (eg. realurl / cooluri / 
extbase) have issues with the patch above and maybe cache invalid data 
or something.
