[TYPO3-dev] TYPO3 EXT platforma v1 in the development

Hello Иван, (do not know how to pronunce  your name :()

nice video.

First of all, please link an english version - most of us have low or no
skills in talking / reading russian.

What i've seen, looks like a polished extension kickstarter. If this is
correct, i gently suggest to improve the kickstarter instead of creating
sth. new.

As the video was in russion language, i also would like to ask you to
comment the code in english (never looked in the code so far).
