[TYPO3-dev] New 4.6.17 leads to #1359987599: jumpurl: Calculated juHash did not match the submitted juHash.

Hello List,

did someone already installed 4.6.17 which has been release 2 hours ago?

I receive the following error on external links (which points to other 
domains in the same TYPO3 instance):

#1359987599: jumpurl: Calculated juHash did not match the submitted juHash.

Am I missing some configuration or did the bugfix introduce a new bug?
