[TYPO3-dev] Official new place for TYPOScript

Hello Guys,

as you know, i'm working on a theming feature for TYPO3.

During the time i spent on building a themes_builder, i recornized, that
there are 2 recommend places for TYPOScript :(

 - The NEOS way:
   -> Resources/Private/TypoScript/

 - The Extbase / Fluid / ... way:
   -> Configuration/TypoScript

Where should i place the TS to support the offizially supposed way?

Wouldn't it be usefull to share as much directory structure as possible?
