[TYPO3-dev] How to get Extension Resources Path

Hi there!

In some of our fluid templates we're linking to resources like images or 
PDFs which were uploaded to subfolders of 
typo3conf/ext/[EXTKEY]/Resources/Public/

What is the best way to get this path in a template? Is this path 
defined by default in some TypoScript array or do i have to set it 
manually in the extension configuration?
