[TYPO3-dev] TER Upload "Invalid - Internal Server Error"

hi all,

i've created an extension key on typo3.org, setup TYPO3's ext manager 
(with my login data) an tried to upload an extension (tried from local 
running machine, from a root server). i always get the error message 
"Invalid - Internal Server Error". does anybody know what to do? or 
might this be a technical issue (like 
http://lists.typo3.org/pipermail/typo3-dev/2012-July/045650.html)?
