In your TSFE you have the pages-repository somewhere, if you replace the title of the page there it could be possible, but i dont know if the HMENU TS functions use this repo or request against the database for the titles. Try it there or alternatively use a postprocess to alter that piece of code by adding an id to a breadcrumb-section, that needs to be exchanged with the title and alter the tags contents. A third solution would be DOM manipulation.
