[TYPO3-dev] PHP 5.5 support

as always the latest version would be the best.
I don't see many tickets at
http://forge.typo3.org/projects/typo3v4-core/issues about PHP 5.5 in
particular but I guess 6.1 and upcoming 6.2 are the best choices.

If customers still wanna run TYPO3 4.5 don't expect everything to be
fixed there, this version needs also to support 5.2 and is quite old ;)
