[TYPO3-dev] Extension documentation in ReST format

I guess I was rather thinking aloud ;-)

My thinking is just that ReST is obviously more reusable than an 
OpenOffice format, so that it may be possible to grab ReST-based 
documentation from extensions and repurpose it on another site, maybe to 
present something more consistent. If you haven't see it yet, take a 
look at Claus' site [1] it may give you a better idea of what I mean.
