[TYPO3-dev] Remove "defaultCategorizedTables" in favor of database field and TCA field

Hi!

I had a short look at using categories, but found out that the backend
isn't ready-ready to use after installation.

I found "defaultCategorizedTables" in the install tool but nowhere used in
anycode.

I suggest that we remove that install setting and instead provide the
needed SQL and register the tables as categorizable as mentioned in the wiki
