There's a difference between "not sharing" and "not publishing something
that is not meant as being reused as-this".

It would be good to publish the work, together with quick note on how to
extend EXT:seminars to some public repository such as github, this way,
others may benefit from the work as "somewhere to start".

But I fully understand Ivano not willing to add "highly customized
personal extension" to TER because there is no point into feeding TER
with useless extensions (in the sense of "cannot be reused as-this").
