[TYPO3-dev] remove Parsetime-comment via TypoScript

Hello,
the Install Tool ("All configuration") tells me that it is possible to remove frontend debug output like the Parsetime-comment via Typoscript:

-----install tool-----start---
[FE][debug] Boolean: If set, some debug HTML-comments may be output somewhere. Can also be set by TypoScript.
-----install tool-----stop----

I couldn't find anything on how to do that with TypoScript in Google. Does anyone know how to do that? (I'm using TYPO3 4.5)
