[TYPO3-dev] Deprecation strategy for BE viewhelpers

There is no trouble with upstream. Leave them where they are, add other 
ones used in the backend there, too. Then we can clearly communicate the 
way it was already proposed: 'you can use what fluid provides, 
everything else is subject to change.'
