[TYPO3-dev] Deprecation strategy for BE viewhelpers

I would also appreciate guidelines here. I added this view helper 
because I wasn't sure where to put it.

I really wonder if we should keep stuffing view helpers into "fluid". In 
particular those that are related to the TYPO3 BE could now go into 
"backend". It would make more sense IMO.

What are the opinions about this? In particular those of the Extbase team?
