[TYPO3-dev] start cron job via URL

Hello to all!

I have several cron jobs that are set in Typo3.  I would like to know if it is possible and how to tell a particular job to start from a secured URL or (remote share) pointing to my machine... As for the moment, that particular job run every 5 minutes all day... but I need it to start when another system commands it!
