[TYPO3-dev] extension upload to TER under TYPO3 6.0

Hello,

I did not find any option in the EM of TYPO3 6.0 to upload an extension 
to TER.

So I assume that I am forced to use the extension extension_uploader. Or 
is there another way under TYPO3 6.0?

extension_uploader lists only the local extensions.
How can I upload a global extension?
