[TYPO3-dev] 4.5: Backend layout selector

nothing just changes from time to time. i was debugging the things and
ended up in method getIcon() in class.t3lib_tceforms.php. then i saw tha
the paths have changed. i removed one "../" and now i have the icons
back again!
