[TYPO3-dev] Gerrit dependency error

Hi!

I uploaded a new patch to one issue and suddenly getting a error in Gerrit 
for a totally different issue (https://review.typo3.org/#/c/15508/5): 
"Change depends on 1 outdated change(s) and should be rebased on the latest 
patch sets."

What does this mean and how do I handle it?

Changes are independent code-wise.
