Yeah, the migration to ExtJS4 was planned for 4.7, but was skipped due
to massive API problems. Having ExtJS4 in 4.7 would have lead into
having a very cool list interface.

PS: You can also use extjs4 inside TYPO3 4.5, if you include the
library by yourself in the module iframe.

This shouldn't have to much negative effects on performance, but maybe
problematic, if you want access top. frame properties ;)
