[TYPO3-dev] Own TER

Hi Jonathan,

Downloading extensions from a private repository is not working in the 
new Extension Manager.
If you're installation is on 4.5 the old Extension Manager will work.

There is a patch available that fixes the problem but it is not merged 
yet. I don't know if the patch still applies..
