[TYPO3-dev] FAL rename on upload

Hello Kay
Thanks for the Tip.
If i rename manualy "Test abc äöüß.jpg" to "Test_abc äöüß.jpg" the 
Result is "Test_abc_aeoeuess.jpg".
With 'UTF8filesystem' => '0', else it dont replace umlauts.
But this don't work on Upload. I change the Uploader from HTML5 to 
Flash, no change.
