[TYPO3-dev] Direct Mail Subscription on TYPO3 4.6

Hello all,

Can someone please confirm if extension Direct Mail Subscription is still
working on TYPO3 4.6, seems to still work on 4.5, but I can't get it running
on 4.6. On FE the form is not shown.
