[TYPO3-dev] Gerrit merge does not update ChangeLog anymore?

Hi guys!

I just found that ChangeLog file ends on Oct 11 (see 
http://forge.typo3.org/projects/typo3v4-core/repository/revisions/1eb2bf9b81d18f31652a96215b13373974835b76)

So the following change was merged but it is not in the ChangeLog of 
origin/master: https://review.typo3.org/5785

Is that a new bug?
