[TYPO3-dev] ExtJS 3 or ExtJS 4

Hello guys,

beeing involved in the development of the dashboard extension i want to
know, wether ExtJS 3 or 4 will be shipped with 4.7 - or if ExtJS 4 will
be shipped in the Sandbox mode ;)

For me Sandboxing makes a lot of sense to allow developers to migrate
their extjs modules smoothly ;)
