[TYPO3-dev] Upload file from BE OR get the file from BE

Hello List,
  I have two questions

1. How can I upload a file in my BE module ? Should I just make a normal 
form and receive file from $GLOBALS['_FILE'] ??

2. How can open a file in my BE module. The file is in fileadmin/dir
I can`t get my path working :(
