[TYPO3-dev] Use case for fe_login_mode?

Hi susanne,

it's used on typo3.org f.e.
With this setting you can say:

Hello cache, please create this page for not logged in users only.
So you can a) reduce the size of the cache, and b) reduce rendering
time, as we only need one instance of the page.
