[TYPO3-dev] Upgrade compatibility report for extensions

Hi,

> - Input your target TYPO3 version and get the report that checks local

and we could have orange instead of yellow and reuse yellow for 
extensions that are used but do not fulfill the requirements (old 
extension compatible up to 4.4.99 and used on 4.5.2 for instance)
