[TYPO3-dev] Running TYPO3 without php extension mbstring

I checked it once again and saw that I have

$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['SYS']['t3lib_cs_convMethod'] = 'mbstring';
$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['SYS']['t3lib_cs_utils']      = 'mbstring';

in my personal default configuration set. No idea how it came in there. Good oppurtinity to check 
all the options I apply to my TYPO3 sites by default ;)
