[TYPO3-dev] [TYPO3-v4] Final release 4.5.0 today

Hi people,

party will soon begin, but we still have some issues to solve in our
code before releasing 4.5.0.

Meanwhile the release notes are being written and reviewed and many new
articles are already online, you've probably found them already.

So don't let this spoil your party, if it starts before the final
release, you *will* know when the release is there, and it *will* be
today / tonight!
