[TYPO3-dev] TYPO3 4.5 RC1 - Versioning Extensions cannot be uninstalled

Hi,

i myself do it like this:
I have one project in phpStorm with current trunk (no symlinks).
In typo3conf i checked out several other extensions from forge svn.

Now when i go to Versioning - Update, the update is done for trunk and 
all local extensions.
