[TYPO3-dev] I can't read the values from ext_conf_template.txt

Hi again,

I'm sorry it was confusing. But i wrote down ext_conf_template.txt but 
was meaning ext_typoscript_constants.txt

So what I did was remove ext_typoscript_constants.txt
and the ext_conf_template.txt does show the values in the ext manager.
I still can't get the values though.
