[TYPO3-dev] API Module on Forge

Hi,

Was sure I posted this but seems that my message was delivered to limbs. 
Anyway, can someone tell me if s/he was successful at using module "API" 
on Forge?  Don't get what I have to do to make it work and could not 
find this module in the list of modules of Redmine.

All I get is:

translation missing: en, label_plugin_api
Hier kommt die API-Dokumentation hin.
