[TYPO3-dev] Workspace-Issues with menus in 4.5

Hey list,

I seem to have a rather strange problem with workspaces and menus using 
TYPO3 4.5 (didn't check a older version yet).

Imagine this pagetree:

|   |- page1-3 (existing, hidden)
|   |- page1-4 (live)
|- section2 (new in workspace)

|   |- page2-2 (moved from section1, was page1-5)
|- section3 (live)


While in workspace preview mode - as long as I'm navigating on pages 
which are either "live" or are based on live pages ("existing") the menu 
is just fine. But as soon as I klick on a page created out of the 
workspace (thus new) I see all hidden pages (like page1-3) in all menus.

Also page2-2 permanently appears as page1-5 on some menus (like in a CE 
"menu/sitemap -> subpages of these pages -> startingPoint:section1), 
regardless if I'm on a new or existing page.

So something's definitely wrong here. Looks like the admPanel option 
"display hidden pages" is turned on when on new pages while it shouldn't 
(admPanel is disabled btw). Haven't checked yet if this also applies for 
content elements - didn't see any issues on a first look.

Anybody else experienced a similar behavior? Can this be related to a 
configuration issue, or might it be a bug? I'm using TMENUs all over the 
place - no itemProcFunc etc. - just ordinary TMENUs.
