For a flash movie to insert, just use the media insert of the 
tinymce_rte editor and choose a flash movie... (I do not understand why 
you need a documentation here? Is there some sort of misunderstanding on 
the way?)

Strangely enough tinymce_rte does not insert any text in the main text 
field of a CE. An error indicates that a change was performend on the 
text field, but there is no lorem ipsum text displayed. It only works in 
the header field - where there is no tinymce_rte.

I again tested on the new TYPO3 4.6.3 release with tinymce_rte 0.8.
