[TYPO3-dev] Consistent Tree behaviour for 4.5 Bugfix or Feature?

Hi Guys,

in 4.5 we introduced the new Pagetree for the page and list module.
Additionally there is the old tree for most of the other modules.

Would it be a bugfix or a featurerequest if i open an issue to make the
Userexperience related to the tree consistent like in 4.6?
