[TYPO3-dev] relation field in tca

Hello List,
  I have TCA with configuration like that:

                 "type" => "group",
                 "internal_type" => "db",
                 "allowed" => "tx_global_something",
                 "size" => 1,
                 "minitems" => 0,
                 "maxitems" => 1,

I`ve read the documentation and I know that: "Value from these tables 
are always the 'uid' field. "

Can I change that ? Can I take diffrent field from table 
tx_global_something ? It is very important to me
