[TYPO3-dev] Extension development: how to start?

Hi all,

In the past I developed some small Typo3 extensions, and I want to develop a new extension now using Extbase. But I cannot find where to start. There should be a kickstarter somewhere for Extbase extensions but the project on Forge dissappeared (or I cannot find it).

Is there someone who can give me a hint where to look? Or isn't there any documentation about Extbase development yet?
