[TYPO3-dev] email charset

What version of TYPO3 are u using ?
Basically in extensions you can configure the corresponding mail-objects
(either the old mail engine or the new SwiftMailer-Engine in 4.5.x) to 
set an encoding header by using the methods of them, just look in the API
description of the classes.

If you use utf8 make sure your html-body is encoded correspondingly.
