[TYPO3-dev] Umlauts in 4.5alpha2

Hello,
if i use German Umlaute in a regular Text CE this complete Text CE does 
not appear. Its not only the Text ore the Umlaut!  Is there anything to 
config with the new global utf8 in 4.5?
