[TYPO3-dev] Extension right management

Hi,

it seems like Extbase-Backend-Moduls aren't manageable about 
Group-Rights-Configuration in Typo3 Backend, to hide them from special 
users or groups.
Despite I set 'access' value in configuration array to 'user,group' when 
I call Tx_Extbase_Utility_Extension::registerModule, which replaces 
$Mconf['access'] in former conf.php.
I also have this problem with the Block-Example.
