should be difficult. Eg look to the header link field - it's an input 
using the wizard for select a link. After all the string is parsed the 
same as typolink.parameter. So i see no simple possibility to add more 
functionality without change the typolink.parameter as well.

RTE has a complete different link creation, so more possibilities.
