[TYPO3-dev] Using flexform sections without access to language 0 not possible - any reason why?

Hi Steffen,

I brainstormed with a collegue, and we could not come up with a usecase 
for the current implementation. We were rather astonished, that nobody 
else seemed to have this problem, since restriction to a language and 
sections (in templavoila) are imho not such a rare combination.

I will file a bugreport and prepare a patch for it.
