[TYPO3-dev] typo3 4.5:After some BE-operations the first doc-header row is invisible and inaccessible

Hi,

i uploaded a test extension to reproduce this problem.

 From ny investigations, the border layout calculates a wronbg height, 
22px are missing. You get it visible when setting
.x-border-layout-ct {
   overflow: auto;
}

Anyway it's not a problem of ExtJs, but the document with docheader has 
a height > 100%, this has to be solved.
