[TYPO3-dev] typo3 4.5:After some BE-operations the first doc-header row is invisible and inaccessible

Hi,

i'm aware of this problem and it always happen with a link having a 
hash. The problem is the docheader CSS, the buttons are still there but 
the page is shifted 51px to the top and so docheader buttons are not 
reachable.

It will be fixed in the next 2 weeks hopefully.
