Starting to see a pattern.. ;)

I've had the same issue with Google and myopenid.com as openid provider

http://openid-provider.appspot.com/[my-google-id]
http://[my-openid-id].myopenid.com/

Address for be_user is tried with and without protocol (http/https)
and ending slash

I know that you are the author behind this extension, so you might
have a "are you dumb, of course it works" experience ;-)

Is there any information i can provide that will make it possible to
debug this issue?
