Hi Benni,

what the tool does is to write to extTables.php only. Any manual 
addition there can break the system.

Imho it's easy to edit this file and comment out unwanted settings. The 
tool in configuration only allows you to browse the settings and change 
from there instead of copying and manual inserting. There is no logic in 
analyzing your new setting - i think this is a too complicate task.
