[TYPO3-dev] Images and disable_control="list"

Hi Devs,

I just tried to use
     'type' => 'group',
     'internal_type' => 'file',
     'disable_controls' => 'list',
     'maxitems' => 1,

This gives a much more pretty form in the BE,
if you have fileds with only single images:
no need to how a list there, when only _one_ image (or file)
is allowed...

BUT: If you have already uploaded an Image (or file)
you are not able to change it.

I think, this is a BUG: with maxitems=1, uploading a
file should overwrite the existing - not adding to a list.

If it would overwrite, 'disable_controls'=>'list' would
work also, if already files are uploaded.

How could this problem be solved ?
For me, it is a severe problem, because TCE forms could
look much simplier with 'disable_controls'=>'list'

What do you think ?
