[TYPO3-dev] Backend User Groups Limit

With Typo3 integrated with LDAP, we've found that it's useful for BE/FE 
users to have all groups imported during login (the number of groups can 
be quite high). Our custom applications check any/all group memberships 
for various internal purposes as well.
