I forgot to add references in this:

party [1] lots of attention in 2006-2007, but the "team" was
one-man-only, and David Brühlmeister had to stop the project. It was at
the div/lib time and the "ECT" team, and this is what was left [2].
Contains an interesting link to OASIS CIQ xPRL V3.0 party standard which
seems to have been approved some months ago [3].

Then div/lib kind of "died". party unfortunately died with it. WEC took
over development into wec_people [4]. It seems to be still "alive" but
there is no forge project and no TER release. So kind of "closed source". :)

And there was partner [5] before, which also seems dead.

And maybe related but not comparable: community [6].
